Four quick checks
Usually under five minutes01Refresh the page
Reload the page once. If you entered information into an activity, note that refreshing may reset that page.
02Try a current browser
Use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. If one browser behaves unexpectedly, try another.
03Check the connection
Confirm that other webpages load normally. Reconnect to Wi-Fi or move to a more stable network if needed.
04Reduce browser interference
Temporarily disable content blockers for this site or open a private browsing window to test whether an extension is interfering.
